• Donations are accepted only from Indian Citizens, Hindu Undivided Families (HUF), or entities legally registered in India.
• We do not accept foreign contributions at this stage as FCRA registration is pending.

2. Accuracy of Information

• Donors must provide accurate personal details, including full name, contact number, email, address, and PAN card number.
• A valid PAN card number is compulsory to claim any future tax benefits or to receive an official donation receipt.

3. Utilization of Funds

• All funds and donations collected through this website or during events will be strictly utilized for the social, educational, and non-profit objectives of RAJPUT SEVA SAMITI FEDERATION.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No Refund: Once a donation is successfully made, it will be considered final and cannot be refunded or cancelled under any general circumstances.
• Technical Error / Double Payment: In case of a technical glitch where money is debited twice for a single transaction, the extra amount will be refunded. The donor must notify us within 7 days of the transaction with proper bank proofs. The refund will take 7 to 10 working days to process.

5. Tax Exemption Disclaimer

• The application for provisional registration under Section 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act is currently in progress.
• Tax exemption benefits will apply strictly subject to approval and guidelines issued by the Income Tax Department.

6. Privacy of Data

• Your personal information, payment details, and PAN card data will remain completely secure and confidential. We do not sell or share donor data with any third party.
